All critical quality parameters are identified and included in process development. Material will only be sourced with suppliers who meet the criteria mandated by TS16949, ISO 9001:2000. All assembly and warehouse locations are audited semi-annually by certifying agents to ensure compliance to the appropriate certified standard.
Golden has professional engineering and quality resources able to respond to any need that may arise and has access to certified testing laboratories to help ensure product quality.
Golden has certified Black Belt and Green Belt personnel.

Golden Companies’ senior management conducts regular on-site customer visits to assess the overall Golden/customer relationship. Discussions may focus on performance or issues that have been raised, and new opportunities.
A WEB-BASED FEEDBACK SYSTEM is available to customers for assessing Golden performance in all areas, such as delivery, quality, and customer service. The Golden management team reviews and utilizes this data on a regular basis to outline and implement continuous improvement.
